Event-driven integration on Azure Service Bus: SAP, Salesforce and Pix
How CSOnline, built at Stefanini for Raízen, connects SAP, Salesforce and Pix payments through Azure Service Bus with at-least-once delivery and dead-letter queues, serving 13,000+ monthly users.
csonline.com.brrestricted: internal Raízen platform
Constraint
SAP, Salesforce and Pix payments had to converge into one platform for large-scale fuel distribution, without coupling the systems to each other.
Decision
An event-driven core: the .NET API publishes to Azure Service Bus topics, and independent workers consume at-least-once with dead-letter handling, so a slow downstream never blocks a payment.
Result
Three enterprise systems unified, serving 13,000+ monthly users with real-time Pix processing.
